I used to have the Monty Foam Grips but they wore and tore within 4 weeks so now i am using some raliegh ones with flanges which are really nice and grippy and comfy (Y)

Thanks very much that will save me a few bob. :- One more thing what is the average gear ratio on a mod just in case I may have to swap my sprocket.

I'm sorry for stealing the thread but I am just about to put my sprocket on a new hub and I was wondering if most mod sprockets are universal? Thanks :-
