They are only made specifically for Monty bikes. On Monty bikes there are 2 holes drilled into the frame from the underside of the frame where your brakes are bolted on. These boosters bolt into these holes instead of, as a conventional booster does, bolting onto the top of the rear brake. Hope this helps.

He is not asking which brake booster to get he wanted to know IF Monty make a rear brake booster?

No the hydraulic fluid will not leak out when you remove them, the fluid is only used to push the pads in not surround them. There should be a split pin on the outside of the caliper which will allow the pads to release, unfortunately they can be very tricky to get back in again. Hope this helps

Maxxis High Rollers Maxxis Minions Panaracer Fire Michelin Hot S IRC El gato Nokians Try-all Any of these tyres would be good upgrade choice but I think it would depend on your riding style as to which set. Hope this helps

Yep this guy is right they do make an under frame booster. I have one on my Hydra and it does work quite nicely, I would imagine a combo of these ones and a good quality back boosterm, RB, echo etc. would work magnificently.

I like the advice but not the golves. I have the blue ones and they have ripped to shreds.I would suggest 661 for good gloves at a very reasonable price but in my opinion the Fox gloves come out tops for me, great quality!

3 times is un-nessecary mate. A 5 foot gap would probable be my most proud of trials moment.

Good luck with the comp mate and if you are feeling unfit go to the gym once or twice before the event.

Hi I use the Microsoft one and fine it all to my need. You can add good music to your movie and a fair few effects. Also you can add stills, Titles, writing and sound clips. Try it!

Welcome to the forum and no worries about the wheels, my friend has them and they aren't bad at all especially for a beginner.

I have a 185mm rotor on my mod and it is very powerful but still allows modulation so it is great. I would go for the 185.

1 day to learn how to hop on backwheel(mainly backwards) and 1 week to learn how to lunge/hop fowards.

Like many people say some bikes are absolute rip offs on ebay and others are bargains. Just read the sellers feedback comments and see how many items he has sold on ebay before.

What Do You Think Is The Best Front Disc To Use On A Mod?
Jonny Shoe replied to aff1e's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I also would say an Avid BB7 mechanical as they are cheap, easy to set up and adjust and best of all very powerful! ;) Much better than most other hyrdraulic discs I have tried. Hope this helps -
I use Blue Rimjams which seem to do the job great appart from they didnt work in the wet today as proof of a nice sore headache from falling

Disc Brakes, Which Are The Best For Trials?
Jonny Shoe replied to Fishy's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Avid BB7's kick the arse out of a lot of hydraulic disc brakes and are very popular. (Y) -
Definately go for creepy crawlers I have just got some and they are really good and extra grippy. I have heard lots of good things about the Try-all tyres but not the price, they are really expensive!

Hopefully going with a couple of mates. Onze comp. looks like it should be awesome. :)

It sounds to me like your pawl springs are buggered. They would have been the springs that fell out when it all fell apart. If you phone up Hope then they will be able to supply you with some new ones. In the freewheel there are 3 cut-outs which have holes in and the blocks that fell out (Pawls) also have holes in. The springs need to fit into each hole and the Pawl should be angled out so that it just juts out of the side of the freewheel. The less they jut out the more chance that there will be of the hub skipping. Also check that the pawls have not been damaged or chipped. Hope this helps (Y)

I have a few mates interested in it and now got quite serious about it. They can now do front flips and one of them can backflip off 5 foot walls and I must say it is very impressive. Great video and some crazy stuff they do there. :)

A lot of people have the Shimano 105 rear mechs. I do not know much about them so please don't rely on my advice.

Take the lock ring off. Put a bit of locktite on the threads. Screw it back on uber tight and voila you should hopefully never here that noise again. :-

How Do I Get Rid Or Prevent My Hand Blisters?
Jonny Shoe replied to gasgasrob125's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
I found the monty foam grips made my blisters worse and were not very helpful aspeciall as they split in less than a month (Y) I have now got some unbranded BMX grips which are superb. -
I think chain reaction are doing them for £32/£33 a set with free postage at the moment.
