Last year we drove there and were parked by about 11. We had to queue until about 3.00 I think when they finally started letting people in. I'll be turning up much later on methinks.
I turned up at about 11 and we were let in pretty soonish, just depends what gate you go to. I used the gate nearest Castle Cary station.
I'll probably be camping in the special bit where you have to have funky wristbands to get in... even though I never have one.

I was close! Didn't get the envelope right though, 9 was a random guess. I never noticed the three crosses flash up, even after watching it again.
As for choosing Sydney, the white shape on the blue background could only be the Opera House in Sydney? No other landmark is shaped like that. I don't know why everyone was going on about Helsinki? I would have also named Paris and London, but that wasn't allowed.

They like to find obscure bands on purevolume.com and then list them. The great thing is that purevolume.com categorises them anyway, so you don't have to fret about whether they are emo/screamo/emocore/screamocore/hardcore/post hardcore or whatever cool sub-genre that is floating about these days.
I've always assumed a band like Thursday to be emo. Then again I am a commercial junkie compared to some of you boys. Other bands like At the Drive In, Taking Back Sunday and Thrice are also emo? I don't know.
The Weakerthans are definetely indie. They are real cool though so it is ok.

To be honest Adam, I don't really get why you keep coming back here. You just seem to again try and do these sorta confrontational/controversial posts just to try and piss people off, when really it's just making you look like a knob? Before, you seemed to be one of the better people around here, releasing some decent videos and so on, so why are you just being a tit now?

I don't think I have been offensive to anyone. However, in the last 12 hours I have been called a knob and a tosser by two moderators, and also a f**king tool. I don't understand why people are getting so offended? Sure enough, my recent topics in chit-chat have been pretty controversial, but that was only to get people talking. They didn't really work out, and people just seemed to get pissed off. Oh well.
I donated £5 to help keep trials-shack running, my last video was hosted on there, I thought it was the least I could do. Si has offered to recompensate those who donated.
What I said in the last trials-shack thread: Post. If he doesn't want to charge, fair enough. There was nowhere better to host videos. Hopefully this will put a stop to people putting out pointless videos each weekend, hundreds of people download them, and then delete them. I would hope they have donated to Mr. Fryer in the past.

You should get one of those free O2 sims.
You get 300 free texts a month, with a £10 monthly minimum top up. Once you use up these 300 free text messages they cost 10p each. This also means you have £10 credit floating about for calls during the month. Also calls to other O2 mobiles are pretty affordable, especially in the evenings. Someone is usually giving them away on here.

They do teach you how to solve algebra equations at school... What they don't teach you is how to form them. I think that would be much more helpful.
Algebra can be used almost everyday. It is a rare occasion when I actually have to put pen to paper and write down what I am trying to work out, but it's useful to know how to solve simple algebraic problems.
Saying that, I can't think of any worthwhile examples right now without sounding like it's straight off an exam paper. (Y)
You'll only need to know the basics for the RAF test anyways, don't get too hung up over it. Try Bitesize as everybody else suggested.

Royal Trials you don't half turn up with some rubbish.Like others have said if we didn't have a heirachy here it would just be a mess. So what if someone wants to become a senior member anyway? ...so why not attempt at being just that little bit more.

Mr. Kyle, I agree with everything you say. This post wasn't having a go at the SM system in place here. It was merely started to get people talking, have a bit of a gossip. I was also here three years ago. I was banned temporarily for slating Kloe Penman's tactics. She started a topic "Sponcer Me!!!" or something. That pissed me off. On that note, where's Martin Fricker these days?
No one has mentioned Fatmike really. This guy deserves to be a senior member, he never posts shite and is obviously intelligent.
At least this topic took off more than the North/South divide one I posted last week. I didn't even bother replying to that. This has at least got some people talking.

The most interesting thing about trials-forum is the senior member community. Anyone agree?
I used to come on here to talk about tyres, grips and backhops. Nowadays I get distracted by watching the rest of us mere mortals compete to become a senior member. It can be quite entertaining.
We can talk about other people in the community, right..? Just don't be rude.

I doubt you'll get your ticket for much cheaper than £200 off eBay. Though the prices will really start dropping in the last week before the festival. If you have the patience that is.
