Instead of capturing the whole load of footage at once capture smaller parts of it and it will come out with loads of smaller clips. This is what i do with Adobe premire pro 7 and it works for me (Y)

Hi everyone, I have an old pro tec helmet and i love it for how small it is. It doesnt have a huge block of polystyrene around it which makes it a lot smaller. I never used to wear a helmet because of people saying stuff to my mate about his helmet all the time, But as i started doing new things i realised that it was just stupid not to wear a helmet. At first i found it strange wearing it all the time, but now i have got into a routine of wearing it all the time. and its hard for me to forget it.

Hey everyone, I cant make up my mind if i should go for the new 05 echo team forks or the old echo team forks. I am switching to front disk and i have already purchased my front disk wheel,but i still need some new forks and a hope trial disk brake. I could either get the old echo team forks now or wait a bit longer, and save a bit more money and go for the new 05 team forks. What is everyones opinion on this situatation and what would you get. The new ones do look very nice but i could get my front disk quicker if i got the old ones as they are not as much money. >_< They can both be seen on tartybikes if you havent seen the new ones yet. alrite that sounds good everyone, we can always plan a future ride for you sam when your cast comes off, I know most of the spots but were meeting some of the MK locals so they know all the best spots which is good. Is anyone up for next sunday still though. :)

We will probably ride everywhere really, All the good spots there anyway. There are some nice gaps and its not a bad place to ride really.

Kool, i have rid with joel bennet once before in bedford. Hes a good rider. When the ride gets close i will contact chris from milton keynes and get him to come out and it should be a good ride!!. :)

Yeah i know same with me i just get on the stagecoach bus, and it takes me there. I know its not brilliant but it could be good if we got alot of riders down there :P . Also i know quite alot of the riders down there so that would be good. Come on people, please reply :P
