    Aint had a Saturday off in what..... 3 years, so to celebrate how about a ride in Carlisle lets say meet at the station at 12ish??

    if anyone is driving, park at the skate park towards the top of newcastle near st james park as its only £1 and thats where everyone parks, then just meet in the skate park for 11ish? Al get nicks number and give him mine, al meet anyone at the train station, then goto the skatepark!

    Yo, well our plan is to park at the skate park, il need a post code for it, or somewhere very near it, so i can set up my sat nav... we're planning on getting there for about 9ish, but im going to persuade my mate to get there for 10ish :Plol. should be a good day if the weather holds up! (its meant to snow on sunday :S )

    Saweet man ii should be there willis says he'll be there if his back ok, alec should be with me and ill see if brett and few other lads will come through.

    Wat time you wanting to meet etc and do you know places in newcastle?

    Ace! well we havent fully organized it yet, but id say we will be coming through at around 11ish, and meeting around the center of light/life, what ever it is called :Plol. thats if i remember how to get there :P if not, it will be near the train station, as i think a few of our lads are traveling up by train...

    Hey guys and gals, Me and my mate have just started riding again after a years of not riding... lol we had so much fun last sunday when out riding, we thought we would head over to newcastle this sunday for a ride...

    We're hopeing alot of people and all the newcastle locals can come out as we wouldnt have a clue where to go :P just post up here if your interested, cheers!

    Hey people, after well over a year, me and my mate have decided to get out trials bike out for the weekend and have a little mess around, but when i was putting my bike back together, i thought i would give my brake a bleed, i took it off of the bike, and was going to give it the "bath bleed" but when i pulled the lever in, the piston got stuck in,,, and wouldnt release... i put the airline on it to pop it back out, and when i pull the lever, it just gets stuck in again... it seams really stiff to pull the lever... i tried to WD40 the piston to lube it up abit, but that doesnt seam to have helped.... any ideas on what it could be? cheers, rob x

    haha! thats not me, its my brother in law, he got kinda scared when the dog jumped up to look outa the window and there was a big wang in his face haha! kasier is too heavy to push/lift off though lol, he weighs a good 10.5 stone now :S and is only 3 years old! lol

    I dont know how people can say you dont need a decent jacket in the alps :S was minus 23 when i went to tignes in jan, and i was fecking freezing! and thats wearing a £200 burton jacket... lol. (saying that, it is 3 years old now, and is loosing its 'water proofness') but anyways, you can pick up some cheap VANS pants for around £50... also, like everyone else says, TK MAXX is your best bet for cheapness...

    When it comes to boarding, i dont like to go cheap (im really big into it) this isnt because i want to own all the best names etc, cause if i did, my clothes + boots wouldnt be 3 seasons old... lol. I always try to spend atleast £200 on the jacket, and £150 on pants, this is ensureing your going to stay warm (which you still dont when on the lifts) the main thing that wil keep you warm though, is your baselayers... i bought some pants + long sleeve base from mountain warehouse in Carlisle for £10 each, and they were REALLY warm... its probably the bestt thing to do if your going cheap with pants etc...
