    This is the first time, in a long time, that it's actually snuck up on me how late it is, I had no idea.

    Last time I looked it was 7 and I had just got in from work...

    on a saturday night, tut tut

    sooo drunk, mate started a fight with a guy i know at the taxi rank LOL was sooo funny splitting it up!!!

    I'd say the Echo CNC cranks are soft yes, mine has damage at the contact point of the arm and BB, but also the BB end looks mushroomed/bent so maybe new cranks and BB.

    It's hard to explain but the BB splined part that goes into the crank arm seems to be level with the top of the inside of crank arm splines. So when the bolt is tightened up its not pressing the crank arm onto the BB fully so there is slight gap/movement.

    thats what the washer does... it stops it from moving right the way onto the BB, so the crank tightens upto the washer...

    yeahh, mainly only in the chit-chat area though... havnt had much to do with the trials bit... havnt even wandered into the trials chat section for aaaages! lol

    Anyways, thought downhill was getting a touch boring, so i decided to swap my DH bike for a GU LE '08.

    Havnt had time to ride it though, just litterally got in from picking it up (and waiting in a que in tesco for bloody 45 mins cause a stupid woman cant use self service! ARGH!!)

    So then... much changed since i quit like 2 years ago? lol

    What pads you recomending these days?
