Well my lbs charged me £20 to put in a headset and then £5 more for the headset. Earlier that year i brought my mission reefer (big mistake) after i rode it for about a month the cranks rounded off so they charged me £130 to fit a pair of trauvativ hustlefelts. Then every think else on the bike broke, the man said he has never known some one that brake bikes like me. The ta26 is designed to have a seat post in it. So get a seat post that fits then cut it so the seat post is a couple of inches lower than the top of the seat tube. Then put a mini seat in. Thanks Sam.
