i tryed the screw driver and you have to give it a real crack as the freewheel is on proper tight i just give up in the end. theirs no harm in trying though
its not dangerous at all the only way you can damage anything is if you use a hammer and not a mallet. you arn't damageing your crank because its the freewheel in the vice
take the teethed outer shell off with a hack saw or grinder. put whats left of the freewheel into a vice it needs to be tight. use a mallet or if your not bothered a hammer. and hit the crank arm as if you are unscrewing it off. and it should just screw off once loose hope this helped
at the moment a t-poo with a few bits but on sunday a gu frame echo easy forks avid bb7 disk echo headset echo bb echo cranks normal taped ones echo bash cnc echo rims on a hope xc and t-master hubs onza stem bars
to get rid of cramp when it happens point your leg out striaght, then point your foot towards you so in other words make your foot at a right angle or less to your leg hope this helps and hope you are on about your leg as well
i've struck lucky this year im getting gu 20 long, echo easy forks, echo headset, echo taped cranks (not the coloured ones), echo bashring, and a echo taped bb kinda going for the echo theme.
don't think its been mensioned a freewheel remover, like the name says for removing freewheels great topic idea not enough topic been made to help people to many just asking for it
