  1. Why does everyone ride when im working!! GUTTED!! I happen to reside to in sunny Ellesmere port (in between chester and b/head) and would love to go. But i have to work, let me know how you get on gents would like to see some pics if you get any!!! Jim

  5. Thanks for clearing that up i think it needs the older gneration to have a laugh about this. I dont want to enter the argument of 20 v's 26 but as the thought crossed my mind i thought it be funny to see what you all thought, obviously the younger genertaion asking what Mods and Rockers are please look above, it was a massive culture as explained and i thought it nice to relate this to our time, Jim

  8. I remember my mum and dad going on about the "MODS and ROCKERS" (im 25) and the thought occurred to me, rather than the mods and rockers on their Lambrettas and rockers on the BSA's. Why don't we have or put in to place a MODS and STOCKERS Competiton/ride anything. I apologise if this is old news but i thought the older generation of us would have a laugh at this.   12. i appreciate that mate that doesnt sound too bad i presume the cuts aid with the grip of the blocks! Just another quick question(again) which way do the cuts go in relation to the rim i.e. on an angle front to rear or just straight up and down?? Cheers again "J"
  13. as you can see form the previous posts i get conflicting views, as i dont think i am brave enought to grind my rims i think i will try and see what they are like first. Aparantly they sqeak, is this a good or bad thing? "J"

Does anyone have a good/bad thing to say about Plazmatic Pads as i have just ordered them citrus yellow! i have have read countless reviews with nothing from the rider point of view ! i have tried looking through the forum but cant find anything substansive. As i am new to all this i would apreciate youu views good or bad. We Have to start somewhere!! Im sure you all had to. Riding a 20" without grinded rims Thanks all!!
  16. Does anybody ride in the chester or liverpool area as me and a mate would like some help! We are slowly running out of ideas and our creative spark and commitments is running low.
