i was practicing on my bike in my back yard last night i was hopping on my bench but been the arse i am i lent just a bit too far backwards and i landed head first backwards :) i got up with a headache and my helmet was absouloutley fooked it was cracked n snapped in about six places (Y) :)

ive looked all over the forum to see where i can buy welded freewheels from can you buy them or du you have to do it yourself? :lol:

definetly use heatsink red there awesome they lock instantly (Y)

(Y) hi do you have a front freewheel if so then you just need to tighten it up mine used to do it but i tightened it and ever since it has been fine hop it helps

definitely get some heatsinks reds they are awesome they lock instantly they're quality >_<
