  1. Well next monday i will be moving down to the gosport/portsmouth area, as i am being stationed at HMS Sultan for my next phase of my air engineering training, and have no idea of my way round or know any riders that are there.

if any of the locals want to get in touch to ride that would be great.

    cheers all

    and no im niot ghey!!!!

  3. other rim to consider are Rhyno Lite XL, Tioga DH, Alex DM24/DX32, Onza and Kris Holm Unicycle rim :)

dont forget atomlab aircorps rims, running them on my beast and there actually not as heavy as i thought.

running a 2 cross whell build on the rear one due to spokes being to short and the rim hasnt budged a inch since i built it.

    BEASTS!

  4. Not sure if someone has said this allready but, if the inserts were made of stainless steel then the steel would not be able to oxidize and rust therefore you would not have the problem of the 2 metals corroding together.

although ive never heard of aluminium and steel corroding together, certainly havent corroded together on my old As work. maybe it only haopppens over a very long period of time.

  5. Smelly Joe why did you put an onza sticker on a Zona ?

If you took time to read the thread you'd find out, rather than bumpin up a thread thats dead.

Also let me explain why there's an Onza sicker on the Zona. Now if you read you will see that its an zona "prototype" and Zona is a company that works with or is Onza, like YaaBaa is a spin off of old Koxx frames. Hense the Onza sticker on the Zona frame

correct, apart from that was the prototype design for the t-mag, hense the onza stickers.

but somehow they remarketed it as a zona in the production frames later life.

  6. Never got on with my cousts!

They started off working well and the performace of them just kept deteriorating till the were useless.seemed to have a butt load of bite no hold at all.

so i sold them of to bob87 above who loved them.

i'm running rock reds at the moment, there really soft and are wearing quickly, but perform immensely.
