  3. Good day of riding that was, Will - Think he said his name was Sam or something?
  4. Hmm I might come down Joel if people are riding Sat?
  5. That frame looks so short compared to ones i'm used to seeing. Niceone on the oldskool twist.
  6. Was this the guy who was outside the Shell Centre first thing? If so, he mumbled he was going to get his motorbike and show us all up. He was so wasted I doubt he even knew what a motorbike was... Anyway, great day, my first ever group ride, was such an amazing experience. Bit gutted I didnt really ride much or speak to anyone but to those I did speak to were really sound. Well done to Jack for arranging such an amazing day. Paul.
  7. Was immense, shame you weren't feelin it Joel. Paul.
  8. You dont need underground, just go to Blackfriars and ride the rest of the way? Off peak day return is £18.
  9. Yeah Joel lives in LDN at uni, but yeah he's coming. PM me if you're getting the train from bedford. Yeah Tom is from Bedford, he did quit but has started riding again. Paul.
  10. Where abouts in hertfordshire? I'm getting the train down from Bedford, not sure if it stops at whatever station you use though? Paul.
  11. Just thought i'd put a few picks up of my Ashton, its nothing special, pretty old skool build as kinda stopped riding & slowly getting back into it again. Oh and I know its missing a seat, the one that came with it is broken and nobody seems to have a spare. Spec: Ashton frame resprayed black, Pashley forks, Easton EA50 bars, Kore Lite 3 stem, Maguras f&r, Middleburns, Hope XC on Echo front rim & Hope Pro2 on Echo rear rim. I'm looking to make the front end a bit lighter as feels a tad heavy, what would people suggest? I was thinking of getting a lighter front wheel & maybe changing the forks?? I'm also wanting to change the bar & stem, any ideas what I should go for?? Cheers, Paul.
  12. Lol, Dunno if you've got my number or not will but i'm usually up for riding at the weekends.
  13. Nice vid Joel mate. Get ur chain ring sorted in the end?
  14. Nice build, what bars & stem are you running? Paul.
  15. Me and a couple of mates may be up on Sunday (tomorrow) if anyone is about? Paul.
  16. Yeah, erm I dont have your number, PM me & i'll give you a shout when i'm next up. Paul.
  17. I ride Mk a fair bit with a couple of others from Bedford.
  18. I've got about 7 LTC vids, not sure the names of them as ive renamed them. Can put them up (gotta work out how) or send them if required. Paul.
  19. It quite clearly explains that the hub was damaged in transit..
  20. Hope the frame serves you well Grant. I hope the seat wasnt too much a pain to remove! Paul.
  21. Yes Joel, was a great lil vid. The clips from that MK session was agesss ago!! I've gotta come down london on the Ashton soon. Paul.
  22. I've just built up an Ashton Justice and used the bar & stem from my old Planet X Zebdi (Easton EA50 risers 1.5" rise & Easton EA50 stem 100mm) But I'm not sure if these are going to suit the Ashton's geometry. I haven't really ridden the Ashton yet so not sure how it feels but just want to know what other people use on their Ashtons if I need to upgrade in future. Cheers, Paul.
  23. Why leighton Joel? There's nothing to ride round there ayways.. Paul.
