You want a Hollow Star nut to run the front brake down through the steerer tube.
Look on Bmx websites because they use them alot.
This headset has a hollow starnut and the hollow nut at the top. Everything you need.

Hehe, I never did that cycling preficency (sp?) at school. So apparently because i havent got that bit of paper saying ive passed i'm not allowed to ride on the road so I have to ride on the pavement.

Ive got a bad pain on my right foot, it goes from the front of my ankle down one of the line things on top of your foot (tendon?). It's getting to the point where i can hardly walk with shoes on, and its not much better without shoes on. What have i done?

hallelujah!!
Find out what bike it is, and come out riding with us fareham lot or in pompey next. You learn well if you ride with loads of other people.

Very nice video, let me get my bike fixed and lets go riding like good old times lol.

anybody running cogs that small should be fined £200 anyway
while i'm here ..
why are the dropouts on pitchforks not big enough for my pegs?
do you think it was safe to file a few mm off the side of my pegs so I could fit them to the aforementioned pitchforks?
shall I get some of the new animal tyres ?
edit:
more to the point - why didn't i post those questions in the bmx questions thread?
Whats wrong with a 22T front cog I just wanted to be different.

22:8 - get it right
27:10 feels really good. I ran that, and it felt a bit nicer than 28t. Just gives more control on rollbacks, just feels a bit snappier - just generally better
Speaking of which, just revaping my whole drive train setup, which cranks can i run with the new imperial 22T chainring? And wheres the cheapest place im going to find a Profile rear hub?

He just said it was worth a watch so i wondered if anyone had a download.
