  2. I am not, well I am, sticking up for beau. He was on holiday when all of them post's were made, i have talked to him, and he has said that he has not changed his pasword and is going to report it to one of the mods/admins. Oh and back to the topic, the zip is really nice to ride. Hope I help. Ollie.

  5. Thanks guys, but from what most of you have said I think im going to give it a miss, or just use some of a mates if they have any (Y) (Y) . Thanks. Ollie
  6. As the title says really, what does it do and is it worth getting some? Also does it make your brakes squeel like tar does? If any one has used it please tell me what you think. Thanks. Ollie.
  7. They hold quite well, on a smooth rim with a little tar, but i have not tryed them on a grind, but when you take the tar off, when it is wet, they aren't to good, but they mite be with a grind, when I get one I will let you know. Hope I help. Ollie
  8. I don't understand the bit about the k-nex, please tell me what the hell you are on about. Thanks. Ollie
  9. I have found that my bike performs really well in the wet, my tyres, creepy crawlers, are really grippy and don't slip. My grips are monty foams and they don't move, just get a bit soggy. My brake pads are OK but they could be better, i have toxin reds, on a smoth rim with a little tar(when dry), soon too be a grind though. My pedals are really good in the wet and dry, they are Onza shindigs and they are super grippy. Hope I help. Ollie
  10. If you look on page 2 it says some thing about it there, I asked, its some thing to do with the hubs having alen bolts to hole them in. Have a read. You will find it in better terms than i put it. Hope I help. Ollie
  11. I have not had a bad fall on my trials bike yet, touch wood, but my worst was when i was learning to ride my unicycle, all of a sudden the unicycle stoped, and I didn't, so I frontfliped off it!!! Luckly for me i was on grass, so not serious injuries for me just took the wind out of me, oh and I also banged my head on the floor quite hard, so now I wear a helmet (Y) . Thanks Ollie
  12. I was not joking acctually, I am a newbe to trials so I didn't know that must hubs were alen bolts. :P Thanks for the help any way. Ollie
  13. Hi, i may sound a bit stupid but here goes. How do you put the rear wheel in? I think it would be for QR skewers, but I am not sure. Please help. Ollie
  14. There are some good bodges there lads, keep them up. Ollie
  15. I was just wondering what your best bodge was, I have never really made a good bodge, have you? Let us know about what you did, and how u did it please. Thanks. Ollie
  16. I believe that tartybikes have one on there website. Hope I help. Ollie
  17. I would recomend zoo! pads, the green ones, on an unground rim. Hope I help. Ollie EDIT:Beaten to it.
  18. Why not? I know someone who rides with a grind on the front rim, I think it feels really nice. Ollie
  19. Sandpaper will do nothing, unless you are using a belt sander and you have about an hour to spend on each rim. So it will work, with some really rough sandpaper, and a belt sander, and a lot of time to spare. But if you are thinking of doing it by hand there is no point, it will take too long and barley make a difference. Hope i help. Ollie.
  20. I think that you should just leave it, and let some one who knows what they are doing or have done it before do it for you, then if they mess it up, they are to blame and they will have to replace it. But they should not mess it up if they know what they are doing. Hope I help. Ollie
  21. You need an angle grinder, and your rim. Oh and the grinder should have a cutting disk on it. Then you take the grinder and just play with the angle if it until it cuts nice and sharp. Then grind acordingly (sp?) to how deep you want it. The deeper, or harsher as it is known, the more your brake will be increased. Hope I help. Ollie
  22. What for? Mod or stock? I ride a mod and i use creepy crawlers, I have found that they are good, well so far. Hope i help. Ollie
  23. I think it just cleans all of the rubbish off you rim, resulting in a slightly better brake, well thats what i think, tell me if im wrong though. Hope i help. Ollie
  24. I carry a lighter arround with me, so that if it does freeze up, it hasn't yet, touch wood, but if it does, if you run a lighter up the hose, its just enough heat to melt the ice, and not the hose, but don't hold it in one spot, as my friend found out. Hope I help. Ollie
