  6. Imagine the power and strength of Bruce Lee for trials riding, I was reading an internet article about him and how he trained it purely facinated me, this is what i found: Lee's feats of strength are the stuff of legend; from performing push-ups - on one hand! - or thumbs only pushups, to supporting a 125-pound barbell at arms length in front of him (with elbows locked) for several seconds, or sending individuals (who outweighed him by as much as 100 pounds in some instances) flying through the air and landing some 15 feet away as a result of a punch that Lee delivered from only one-inch away, the power that Bruce Lee could generate -- at a mere bodyweight of 135 pounds -- is absolutely frightening. Not to mention some of his other nifty little habits like thrusting his fingers through full cans of Coca-Cola and sending 300 pound heavy bags slapping against the ceiling with a simple side kick. Also standing infront of a person (static) and perfoming a backflip over the person. (Y) Im sure most of you will realize how much power and strength this guy had, one of his punches is like being hit full on by a car. He died from a headache tablet as his body all his life was so pure and not used to chemicals, except Gel to help him train.
  7. I think what he means Mark, he allowed it to un-freeze then reblead it. If im not mistaken if you just leave your brake to thaw once its froze it goes all spongey and doesnt function properly as opposed to when it didn't freeze.
  8. Confidense level = Poor Just practising the same lines over and over again really does get on ones nerves. Especially if you have done big lines and your doing its smaller version, In summer I thought I was getting somewhere but this winter Isn't helping. Christmas day is a good day to ride (Y).
  9. First Post..... Just wondering how everybody is coping with this earl of Winter weather we have been struck with. Seems like the roads never seem to dry and the walls forever green and slippary. I was out riding today, and it took me 20 mins to warm up :P not liking that at all, seems i cant sit down to relax without going cold again. Lets pray for warmer days.
