first its easier using just one finger on the back brake, 1. do a small endo then rock onto your back wheel and hop for as long as possible. 2.once youve got the hang of that and can almost do it for as long as you like, try and do a short fast peddal kick to get up onto the back wheel. 3. once you can get on the back wheel easily with a peddle kick, when you get on the back wheel try to lower the front and when you think youve got the wheel low enogh let go of the brake and try put another peddle kick in and repeat. 4. practise ALOT. its hard to explain but this should help a bit , your best bet would be to find someone better than you then learn off them. adrian

once i was biking in norwich and i saw two PROPER CHAVS kicking in a bike in some bike sheds, and the next thing i new was there were two cops running up the road, so anyway the chavs ran off and into this random building to hide, so i went over to the cops and told them what they looked like and where they went, and about ten mins later they had arested the chavs and drove them off int the cop car which i found highly amusing.. lol adrian

theres only four people i know that trials in norfolk, two of them barely come out, one of thems me and the other hasn't finished building his bike yet so who else is about in norfolk.. thanks .... adrian

hey id just like to clarify that there are two peple using aim@me because i got suspended, and baicaly the guy that wrote this is how high,lie's through his teeth non stop and that isnt him on that vid cause he hasn't even got any brakes on his 03 t-pro and his chain has snapped, so unles it sais adrian at the end of the text its probably ballshit.. i can side hop about 35'', not my strong poin...adrian p.s i ride stock (GU long)
