  1. Hey all Last week i bought some coust pads to experiment with better braking performance and it made me realise about how people rely solely on their brakes to hold them. For example years a go in trials, riders had a clean rim with standard pads but still managed to acheive amazing things and participate fine in competitions. So i was wondering how riders from the present day would suffer without their regular breaking power? Do you think that brakes have evolved so much so they can keep up with the constant demand for new moves in trials? Just like to know your opinions on it all, cheers dan
  2. yeah i remember reading that topic ages ago, I read it before i got my t-mag i think and it kinda put me off. It's until i read the fact that he slid down a rock on the downtube
  3. my bashplate has taken a hammering and it's fine at the moment, i've just gotten worried over the stories i've heard about the frame snapping after 5 weeks etc
  4. I have had an 05 t-mag for around four months now and i was wondering will it snap as easy as the t-pro if not easier? if so how long should i give it before it snaps? please help
  5. I personally haven't snapped much other than bb's and chains, but, my one mate as snapped a Woodman t-pro within 2 months and my other mate snapped an echo pure!! snapped at the chain stay. Dan

  8. I ride with "fatmike" quite frequently and I bought some coust pads off him around a week a go, and they are awesome, i'm only using a very very light grind and the hold is incredible, definitely worth getting.
