Nice one! Really enjoyed that, great riding, great music, great video! Ride soon?
  2. There roughly the same, I'd say go for whatever one you can get the cheapest. Is your processor an AM2, AM2+ or AM3 socket?
  3. Wow Loved it! Nice spins too
  4. Never expected that one. Nice video though... loved it!
  5. By the sounds of it you are trying to hop when moving forward. I'd say Your best to try hopping on the spot first, then once you've got that nailed learn to hop forwards. Also try tilting your bars and see what feels best for you! Hope this helped! Neil.
  6. Use the search There's quite a few topics on this already.
  7. I found this one in the "trials videos" section on here It's an old school video but still a good one http://www.vimeo.com/4960604
  8. Hi, I live in the Falkirk area (in the central belt), there's about 7 of us that ride trials in this area and I think there's a few more riders in the Glasgow area and probably more scattered around the central belt too. This would be a great thing to have and I don't know of anything like this already in the central belt. I would be happy to help you! Just a few questions though... What can be used to make the sections out of? When does it open? Do you have any pictures of the quarry so far? Neil.
  9. I was thinking about trying a bigger rotor too... Yeah. It's because with a larger rotor you have more leverage as the calliper is further out on the wheel... Try spinning your wheel and stopping it at the hub (hard isn't it?) then try stopping it with the tyre (easy?). P.S I Suggest you don't try that as you might catch your finger in a spoke and that might hurt Neil.
  10. I already have a Hope Mono Trial but its just not powerful enough and I prefer the feel of the Magura. I think I'll just need to buy a new rim too. Neil
  11. I'm thinking of buying myself a Magura front brake but... I have an Onza Hog rim with drilled sidewalls. Does this work? Do the pads get stuck? Is it worth it? Thanks Neil
  12. Rember you can always use TrashZen to help learn new moves
  13. Go for the magura louise... but if you dont like it try the HS12. What is a HS12? Never heard of that before
  14. What Brake do you have already? Its down to what you can afford and what you feel suits your style. If you want a disc you don't need to buy an expensive Hydraulic one, you could buy a cable disc like an Avid BB5 or BB7 as they work almost as well and in some cases better. Hope this helped.
