I used to use tar but now i have a grind. Its really good and i advise u to get one. I had no damage to my rims when i used tar and i used white spirit to get it off(to slean my rims) thanks from stu!
Well im 5 ft 3 inchs and i've got a GU 20" and it floats over everything. It's amazing for gaps sidehoping and front to backs. P.S. It's a long from i've got. I really THink you should go for the GU i did and i don't regret it from stu
Hi you could try putting some selitape on ur bars to hold your grips in place or what i sometimes do is spray hair-spray on my bars. This is slippy at first but if you wait for it to dry it's really good aswel. thanks from stu

I have tried that but in my expeiriance using a profile and a fixed 18 tooth sproket on the front is the best. using a good free wheel and a profile is pssibly a bad idea because when i done it my free wheel broke. i hope my advice has helped you mate.
