hahaha o my god this keeps getting better and better. i rang royal mail to see where my parcel was and he said that it had been lost and i could claim £30!!! so a bit annoyed at only going to get £30 i rang back the next day and i spoke to someone else who said it had been delivered but hadn't had the tracking number entered to say it had been delivered but he was viewing the card it had been signed on. so i rang paypal and explain and they were having none of it. so in summary Royal mail are w**kers and paypal is s**t. lost £75 through the negligence of someone at royal mail!

ok now im really angry. can someone tell me how long tracking information stays on the royal mail website because i sent it back nearly 3 weeks ago and i checked the tracking number today on the off chance it its saying come back later as it might of not been updated yet?! so does this mean it hasn't been delievery or lost or summin. this is why paypal wont issue a refund because it says it hasn't been delievered! STRESSSSSFULL!!!!

let me set the scene. i bought a playstation 2 off ebay about a month ago and it arrived broken. i complained to paypal and they said go to a company and get a quote to get it repaired. so i took it to a friend who works for an electronics company, he looked at it and said the dvd tray had been broken glued back together and would cost £50+ so got him to type it on headed paper and i was asked by paypal to fax to them, to which i did. they then turned around and said you can have a refund send it back recorded delivery which i did. provided them with the tracking number and was asked to fax the recipts over...which i did. (i have fax sheet to prove it) i get an email saying that the information i provided was invaild and closed the case. basicly they said i was trying to be fraudulant! TO WHICH I WENT MENTAL! rang them up and said "whats the problem, did everything you asked to the dot" they said they didn't recieve the fax of the recipts?!?!?! i said thats not my problem i sent it. she then checked the tracking number and suprize suprize it was delievered!!!! so she said she would ask the team to relook at it, a week later and i have heard nothin! im now £78 out of pocket because of paypal. what can i do? exactly what i was going to say. you can put the wires as you look at the stereo towards the passenger side as there is more room just by the undertray. also for the ariel adaptor wrap some electrical around where it connects to the original plug cause they have a habit of coming loose, but dont put any where it will enter the unit itself. if your finding your losing the memory of the unit depending on which stereo you have swap over the ignition and memory wires (usually yellow and red) but do not alter the exsisting vaux wiring loom as i told someone to change the yellow and red over and they did it on the original plug (left neg speaker channel and live) DOH! night night stereo. any more q's fire away Bon
