Get a grind, then find some loose tar on the road and rub it around your ground-down rim works a treat. If you want to go the whole way get some new pads i.e Heatsink blues

Hey, just wondering where the best places you like to ride are ... i.e towns, parks etc Places like Bridgend and Newport skate park are really really good for bmx, and just the local area of Llandod for trials

Yeh, i totally agree with you. It would bring so much coverage and possible more respect to riders and just generally people riding their bikes. These days people either respect what you are doing, or just apply the stereotype and think you are a trouble maker. Definitely a good idea, if they put darts into the commonwealth games, then Trials/bmx etc should definitely be in there!

ummmm :$ played mostly footy before i fell onto the bike scene. That was about 2 and a half years ago now. Its all good now. I BMX and have a razz on a trials bike now and again. Always fun to have a game of footy messing around, never serious Used to swim quite alot too But, the best times i've ever had are on a bike so it wins outright

I borowed a paid of the pads and was about avbout this close to buying them. I really liked them, but went for the blues instead The reds have not much modulation, but are amazing to run on my bmx Highly recommend them

Well, what i do is kind off fling the grinder down on to the rim. I wouldn't do that with an old grinder because the grinding pad sometimes breaks into 1000 pieces- not nice. Just generally hold the grinder to the rim hard, moving around the rim slowly. or just get a really strong person to do it... maybe the rock? Chris
