Hello all, When i first started biketrials. I rode with a V-brake on the front, And ever since then i've keep that brake because it's been working brilliant. Not the time has come for me to change. I was going to get another V-brake because it did me proud, But then my friends told me not to bother with them, and get a disk brake or magura. So relating back to the topic, Which Brake do i get -Hope trials 160mm disk brake -Magure Hs33. Hope you guys can help me hear Thank-you Joe

Hi there! A few more ideas: -It would help if people rear the New members Guidelines for a starters, then mod's wouldn't have to close topics -Use the search before posting a topic to see if it has been posted before, -Be more descriptive when writing, and mean what you are saying and not just writing to get the last post or to be the highest poster of that day. -Also like many people have said before don't type in txt tlk, Because i'll be there for 20 minutes reading and trying to figure out what it all means And i'm sure this will apply to a few more people as well. Cheers joe

Hi Im at work it's a friday

Hello I would go for the second option, Having a good rear hub like a profile. Profiles would be recommended by most mod trials riders, Because of there quality, ability and/also the looks of them. There is only one disadvantage with a profile is the cost, They cost around £160 for the standard colours but for the different colours one's like lime green or purple for example will set you back around £170. Which a Freewheel can cost you around £20-£30. Hope this information helps you choose! Cheers joe

Thank you all for welcoming me to the forum Joe

Hi there A good way to make pictures for what you want them for is to use Adobe Photoshop. It's brilliant for creating photos, and you can even create shiloets on there to. It's all to do with your imagination really. You could also search the internet for pictures, Or even wait until trials-nation reopens and look at the pictures people have uploaded onto there. Hope all this information helps you. Cheers joe

Think you have posed in the wrong topic Joe

Can i ask how you bent it??
-
Well I suppose that would be the last resort But personally i would try and fix the problem before forking out money for a frame, Because there not exactly cheap Cheers joe
-
Hi there Can you post a picture of the problem so i can get a better picture of what needs resolving. Cheers. One option is to heat the bend up and slowly bend back to it's original shape, If you bend the back to quick it could cause the bend to crack/snap. Anyways post up a picture and we can go from there. Cheers joe

The only problem i have when riding with shin pads on, Is my legs become really sweaty It's not all the time my feet slip off the pedals, It's just when they do it's always bad Haha.. I wear Bmx shoes at the moment but i think i'm going to invest in some trials shoes like Rebo's Cheers joe
-
Sounds really nice Nice T-rex there, How does that ride. Just one thing i spotted or is it just me, There seems to be about 20 spokes in your front wheel If thats how it's meant to be then all good. Cheers joe
-
Hello If you fix the broken parts as cheap then shorly it will brake again, What i do is when something brakes i buy the upgrade to that parts which costs more money but will generally last longer. Cheers joe
-
Hi there :$ I've just come in with my leg seeping with blood, From an accident with my pedal. It was a foot sliped off, crank spin around and wack! on my shin job. Hurt quite alot But it's all scabbed over now getting better This is a common mistake in trials ain't it?? Cheers joe

Hello there Does anyone else have the same problem or is it just my unlucky life :$ . Everytime something brakes or needs sorting on my bike, I sort it and shortly after that, Say a couple of days something else happens. Hello I would persaonally go for the aluminum forks, I would choose them because they are about 10 times lighter than steels I had some stardard Onza forks which were steel, and when i changed for monty forks i could tell the difference straight away Cheers joe

Hello I have had an FSA Platinum DH Bb that was brilliant and was as cheap as chips. I think is cost around £20-£30 which is good They should fit your pitbull. Cheers joe
