  2. Keep it to yourself when i thought levelboss's had 5mm BB rise then :$ thanks alot for the help guys thats all i needed looks like i will be going for the GU then, does the bb rise help with side hops at all? as thats what ive heard? Thanks tom
  3. hey guys. I know this question is asked alot on the forum but i am in rather a bit of bother! I have a new frame lined up because my koxx is trully buggered, and i seem to have a problem with frames (As usuall). I am aroud 5 11" and i have previously rode a 04 python (which i belive only came on one length but i dont know whatit was!) and a very small amount of BB rise and I rode this bike PREECT. then i recently bought a Koxx level boss long, which i rode VERY well and this also had no bb rise. So my problem is wwhat should i go for the GU with 60mm BB rise or the echo team with 45mm BB rise? Where i have never rode a bike with BB rise i am not to sure weather i will get on with it. So what i would like to know is, as i have got on with long and short bikes in the past with no/low BB rise what will I be like when i get on a bike with 60mm BB rise? will it help me? will i dromaticaly improve my riding? and where i have not rode a bike with BB rise before what should i get? Long or short? Or should i just get the Team? Thanks alot guys TOM!

    Classic Cars

hey there guys. I have seen on the forum already that alot of you have a fetish for minis (me aswell) and older golfs. So i was woumndering if any of you was intrested in the very late classic cars? I have a daimler Mk2 250 V8 which has been recently given to me by my dad, i have renectly just got the wheels powedercoated in midmnight blue to match the car and hopefully the car will be up an running which i can then sell on (to buy a mini) my daimler is a 1966 (tax exempt wuhu!) 2.5L with rose interior and walnut dash, alot of work need to be done (as you can see from the pics). So i was just woundering if any of you on here are intrested by these types of car. I know Nicolas sam has a thing going on for morris minors and has a loverly pick up (damn him), and i was just woundering if anyone else was intrested in these cars and hope fully we can get a "post a pic" thread going. Tomorrow i need to put the rear to wheels on to get the car out of the garage where i can sort the back end out, everything is there its just a case of putting it back together. Thanks for your time, Tom
  9. Here is my BMX, I like it its just right for my size I find. Its nothing special, Proper cassette hub, half link chain, profile chain ring. Nothing to spectacular. At the moment im running it brakeless just to see what its like and i like it alot, alot easier to bar spin and stuff like that. For sale if any ones intrested Not a clue on how much its worth but i am looking around the £300 mark, if you want any info please PM me and i will be more than happy to help. (this is just a quick chance to get in before it goes on ebay). (hope my picture has come out ok as this was my first time at pic uploading). Tom

  11. Wow thanks for the replys lads. I thought that I would start a more bike specific topic which was for the questions which required a quick answer or a question which is very commonly asked like the recent topic made by "jackbalman" about what forks he should buy. So once the question is asked once then the question will no longer have to be re-posted over and over again which seems to be the case. But if this topic is no good then fair enough but i was hoping that a few common questions would be asked which could then be used as referance for other new mebers which would prefent the questions being asked over and over again. Thanks for your time, Tom.
  12. Hey lads, I have been looking in new members chat trying to find a decent topic to reply to but I have had no luck, this is because all the questions seem to be rather silly to be honest and I see no point in replying to them. They all seem to be along the lines of what should I get A or B? Why isnt so and so working on my bike? what can i do to get this to work better? So I thought starting a "questions thread" would keep alot of the pointless threads down. This technique is used in the chit chat topic and it seems to be working rather well, and by the looks of it is used on a regular basis so hopefully this thread will follow. So hopefully this topic will keep alot of the unneeded threads out of new members chat and make life easier for alot of us, and please feel free to ask our help (as long as it is relevent, nothing stupid please). Hope this is of some good, Tom
