To five people a chance you should put the full spec up. I would probably pay bout £300 for that.

thanks mate was a bit lost as what to go for winstanleys r selling the 1.1 off for 299 instead of 750 in the sale so thought it was a good one to go for !!!!
If your spending 300ish i would wait till your validated and get a second hand bike off of here, you will get a lot more for your money!

A couple of peeps are riding folkstone on friday, anyone is welcome.
meet at the harbour walls with the wooden tops around 11.
Hope to see you there!

Really love the bike, getting on with it better than the Mod, just need to get used to it now.
Quick video filmed on Saturday at Higger Tor
Thanks to Tarty for sorting me out with most the parts.
Just need to learn some more rolling moves now, as my Mod wasn't amazing for them.
Please comment, all constructive criticism welcome.
Thanks, Paul.
Where is that place, looks amazing to ride!

This is my first beginner trials vid but i have been only riding for a month.
If you could, could you maybe give me a thew tips? thanks
Tom
Coming a long well mate, try to relax when you track standing. Get a dvd called tricks and stunts and one called the art of trials to learn more moves. At your level keep practicing balance, track stands, riding in thin walls ect, it may not be impressive but will help you a great deal in the future.
Good luck, and stick with it! Things do become frustrating but dont give up!

Hi guys,
I've bought a Knoxx Hydroxx 26in.
The bash guard on the chainring side of the crank is set up for leading with your right foot, but being left handed my lead foot is my left.
I'm sure that you must be able to turn this around. The cranks looked like old fashioned cranks, but a crank extractor doesn't fit.
Please can someone advise?
Many thanks
James
Remove cranks, loosen freewheel/sprocket, twist bash gaurd to desired position, tighten freewheel/sprocket, re-fit cranks, DONE

Sorry mate, you cant sell till your validated, Reported
-
Just ordered myself some trialtechs, cant wait to fit them to see how they ride as they generally feel a nicer product than the viz, ashton and urban forks I've had in the past.
I think im gonna give a front v-brake a go, goin for the because v-brake forks, XTR lever, TNN V-Brake pads and either the avid ultimate or Single Digit SL depending on if the ultimate is still on offer when i get payed.

She's a beaut, the old school stuff looks so odd next to the modern bikes, they look like bikes for a start
Mine has a few new skool bits, ive been slowly tryin to get her as close to original without loosing performance. She is slightly different now than in the pic. Ive got the original rear rim on her.

Haha. Seems far to common a memory with this sport.
And we still get back on the bike!
-
I meant no change in performance, felt normal to ride then boom, face to floor.
Cor that just brought back memories lol.

I seen a set of trial techs snap exactly the same as this.
Oh great lol! i like the look of the new try-alls, but im guessing only time will tell if they were ok
-
I think Adam was referring more to people saying their 4-bolt forks broke at the mounts 'without warning' when they pretty much can't.
It may give you a warning if you inspect your forks for cracks, but they did not do anything different while riding to suggest they was going to snap.

bought a cheap trials bike on pinkbike.com on monday, guy said hed post it etc etc, so i paid the money, he was emailing me almost instantly every time, said he would send it either the monday or the tue, so on tuesday i sent him a message asking for the tracking number, he replied sayin he didnt get it posted, he only just got it boxed up and he would post wed, so wednesday i ask for tracking number no reply, wednesday night, still no reply so i emailed asking whats happening, no reply, today still nothing and no bikes showed up, so AGAIN ive emaied askin what the hells going on, and nothing.
looks like ive been had. hope i can claim this back through paypal!
was ment to be riding this weekend!! dosent look like i will be now
I think your jumping to conclusions to quickly mat. Did he say how he was posting it. Not everyone is on the net every day. Most companies take 2-3 days to deliver.
