When you bled it, did you have the TPA all the way out?
When you set the brake up, have the TPA all the way out.
Loosen the mount bolts so the cylinders are loose. Then get 2credit cards (or something thin) and put those inbetween the pads and the rim.
Push the clinder against the credit cards while you do the bolts up. - Make sure the pad is flat on the rim.
Do this on both sides.
When you're done, your lever should come back to the bar, now just do up the TPA untill it's where you want it.
If it's still at the bar, re-bleed it.
the tpa is broken and doesnt work? read the comments!
-
what Hs33 is it old or new ones?
new one there not as good i don't think
-
i think the frame is flexing... and the tpa is broke
-
my pads are touching the rim and the lever still touches the bar?
-
is that di wate???
ive bleed the brakes last night using monty oil but it still works like crap?
-
look on cleanbikes.co.uk and there under brake spares i think and it gives you a link with instructions on how to fit. hope this helps
-
help my brake are crap,
hs33- feels crap and the lever can be pulled back to the bar but it doesn't need bleeding you pull it in half way and it works perfect but then keeps goin to the bar.
julie- the lever will come into the bar, you let go and pull it in again and it will only come to about 1 inch from the bar ?????
please help me

Hey
I don't mind using others brands at all. In fact, I've had plenty of luck finding chainstay protectors, that's not a problem.
What I am trying to find are downtube protectors to protect the underside of my frame for when I just miss the bash ring.
I've seen them used, am just clueless where they come from...
Cheers again,
Jon
(Cheers Cred)
Ok.
Mission success,
They are called "Armourdillo Frame Protectors"
And if anyone else is looking for them, cleanbikes - do indeed sell them, though they are temp out of stock! Pants!
Blessins
yep thats right armourdillo there great they have 6 plastic rods in them which protects your frame and stops dents class A product

Where are you supposed to stand?
Have you got a bigger picture because you can't really see it very well
Looks a bit pointless to me?
theres foot pegs welded to the frame (if you can call it a frame) lol and nope soz aint got a bigger pic
