mine is the 06 model and has cracked already unless welding is less than 50ish the t-pro at £30 seems to be the best option as i owe my dad for the bike still so need cheap fix

no i rekon i get the frame for about 30-60 pound so would welding still be cheaper :$ and i can always keep the frame and get it welded at a later date

were abouts could i find someone that weld frames as they are ally not steel so i hear it is very hard possibly expensive,but i suppose any 221pr is better than a t-pro

i was just wondering what is evry one elses opinoin on onza t-pro (newish one) as my monty has just cracked,does any one know the wheelbase and about how much should i be willing to pay for the second had frame (very good condition) plus wat do you people think, if i get the whole frame sprayed black then red koxx stickers or is that real cheesey and fake

i have a 2.7 on my 221pr and my brother also has a 2.7 but it is on an echo team with the team two bolt booster and all seems to fit/work fine hope i have helped

i have checked my frame repeatedly and all seems to be fine still it seems the cracks may just be in the paint but surely this shows the frame has a decent amount of flex in it or so i were told :$ so i will ride it till it breaks hope fully not soon P.S. how do topics get closed this needs closing

backhops just need to be practised regularly,but don't obsess over them just practise everything and then backhops will improve as well as your balance also a white industries ENO makes backhopping easier as the cranks are more responsive due to extra connection points, but i would advise going for this after a little while as £85 is a lot to spend on a freewheel,but i feel it is definitely a well worth investment.

my friend used chemical metal to fix a rounded square taper,it is just two compounds you mix together one being a hardener. mix it up fill the crank maybe a little on the bottom bracket fit the crank as usual then leave overnight to dry , as far as i know this is a permanent fix meaning no need to keep replacing bits of cut out beer cans

whilst out riding i tryed to use some broken glass that was on the floor but this was no use i will try to use a sharp knife as instructed plus i have no clue on pics is possible for someone to inform me on how to post them (real simple guide if possible)

i have just made a topic on the fact my lovely monty has developed cracks in many places altho it was very nice to ride, this may just be unfortunate on my part as many have no troubles and my old monty frame was still going after 2 years when i sold it. i would of gone for the monty but am now unsure

i bought it new, but i have begun to do many gaps to front wheel and wheelswops will this affect the life of the frame,surely not as it is lateral pushing force not puling away from the frame :arabia: :bow:

i bought a full 221pro earlier this year and after sitting down next to the bike whilst at a local riding spot i noticed a discreet line running under the bottom of the down tube were it meets the head tube,as the frame is SAF(shock absorbing frame) is this just flex which has cracked the paint or is the frame just a steaming pile of s**t ,as their are numerous lines around the bike which appear to be cracks.So is this unusual in a short period of time such as this or does it happen a lot as more manufactures are desinging frame with many sections CNCed for strength.

i had my hammers like 2 month and they were knackerd as in heel an toes out the shoe knackerd , the looks are not good and they dont last neither do circa al202s as they are also crap get some ORCHIDS

i have snapped: 3 rear hubs a T-rex frame multiple chains cracked lite guy forks and snapped a bottom bracket also many maggy hoses

:$ i would say that 1000mm wheelbase is definitely medium as montys are like 9summits and i reckon the long echos are bout 1030mm

i have monty snail cams on my monty and they are a steaming pile of s**t as the notches have worn smooth and they will never let me put the wheel were i want, so i tend to end up leaving my bike with a nice rubbing sound from the rear end

i had to make that decision and i chose the 221pro, to be honest i dont reckon that the parts on the 221ti were worth that sort of money plus i did not really want to spend that much on a bike so as i said before i chose the pro and it rides extremely nice, so personally i would not pay for the ti.

i reckon i will enter the tyke trials next year. and biu is were you are aloud to use crank and bash isnt it but what routes are their E.G. easy ,middle ,and hard. :$
