I have tried brute force i tried to get a tri-clamp and pull them off but still not budging!

I have taken the crank bolts out i aint that stupid!

Anyone can tell me how to get the cranks off me bb?

  • put in the crank puller and remove as you would usually.
  • whilst doing this get somebody to hit the area around the crank with a hammer
  • the shock from the hammer makes the crank come of easyer

iv'e done this myself and was well impressed how easy it came off.

hope this helps

bad ass hammer smack it off, they might have seized on slightly so there being a bitch, go for a crankpuller mate no damage then

You were taking them off just to clean them though, and while doing so you mashed them with a hammer. There's always a reason to get the hammer out!

Well im swapping frames soo it was all worth it.

Getting some new cranks for my birthday n all soo...
