Works best if done in the oven. Boiling doesn't get it hot enough I believe. Never done it though.

Boilnig most certainly does work. Used to do alot of them like that way back in the '90s. About 10 minites at a good boil, then stick phillips head screw driver through hole in the back..........bap with hammer....and wha-la.......
