Got a vice? I put a topic on the wiki a while back, but the wiki is broken.

Anyway, bolt the tool into the crank arm with a loads of nuts/threaded bar/spacers/bolts assembly, put the tool in the vice, slip a bar over the end of the crank arm and twist it anticlockwise, it will take a lot of effort, but it'll be reet.
