cai Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 You don't cut them down for the bigger side, you add an extra 'cross' into the pattern So if you've laced it '2-cross' on the small side, then you'll lace it '3-cross' on the disc side. It is fairly straight forward. you need hub flange diameter (spoke hole diameter) flange offset fron hub centre line Rim diameter (ERD diameter from nipple hole to opposite nipple hole) and rim offset from hub centre line. and number of holes. that will give you the spoke lengths for various cross patterns.
