JohnBanks Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 Hi, Well I’ve decided to get a new frame... Just wondered what people recommend. I ride 20” and am 5ft 10” and ride mostly street. I am looking to spend around £250 my limit would be £300, I was thinking of either an Echo Lite long or a Bionic B3, if anyone has one of these bikes or ridden them I would be grateful for a review on what they ride like. Matthew_Gibson Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 I'm same height as you. I found "long" mods better for like sidehops. and gaps. Bunny hops and backwheeling stuff was pretty hard. On the other hand a "short" was a monty which is one of the shorest bikes out there, was awsome for bunny hop, gaps were fun. I had a high rise stem on, which was really nice. I only had it for about 2 weeks though! Really regret swaping it. With get a 1010ish which would be good for everything.
