in abit of a situation really, for some reason my chain line is way way out, when i look at it from say the ground upwards its inline but when i get on my bike and look down its diagnol.

nowere near inline, so the chain comes off sometimes unless its super tight, tried moving it about loads and i cant seem to make it any better :S its a fixed hub and a onza tensioner (same shape as trialtech race tensioner). does anyone use or know of any methods to insure gettin a nice chain line that i could try or anything?

Try different length bottom brackets? Space out your chain ring? Is there any room to move the sprocket around on the hub?

Are you using a dedicated single speed sprocket with big deep teeth? Regular sprockets can sometimes cause problems with the shifting ramps on them enabling the chain to slip off easily.
