hoots man Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 (edited) i cracked my typhoon 26 on the chainstay after nearly a year. they were more than happy to replace it under warranty which was awesome. warranty's are based on manufacturing defects most the time so it depends on the manufacturer if the supplier deems it a warranty. Crash replacements can also give a fair discount if no warranty can be claimed. You must have proof of purchase for both to be valid.
