Cam Posted January 8, 2010 Report Share Posted January 8, 2010 Morg just got his new gold Onza forks, 365mm and 42.5 degree sweep, and we slapped them in. He's been riding around with the forks from J9's spare XTP up till now. The onza forks are 10mm longer from centre of axle to the bottom of the lower steering bearing. It changed the centre of balance on rear just slightly. Initially he found he was falling forwards a little on set up but didn't notice it after about 30min of warm up. He said it felt very similar to front gap and steering was still good. Not a huge change over all. He's having a proper training session this arvo so I'll pass on his thoughts.
