Pretty much depends on what kind of riding you will be doing.

The 20" is a much more flicky and easy bike to ride, and is designed for riding TGS, Natural and such. The 24" would be better for street riding(Guess you've seen Danny MacAskill and such kind of riding).

Now, there are no rules that say you can't ride Natural or Tgs with a 24", but it's certainly not the best bike to do it with.

I don't know really. Ride stock myself, so I can't help you there. Guess it could work though, I mean, it's small and easy to throw around.

Edit: If you really want to ride street, just save up money for a decent Inspired or something, they're not that expensive.
