robmod Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 Hello guys i have a hope pro 2 trials hub (Tartybikes on it) an i think the pressure seal has gone on it any idea on how these are fixed? or will it have to go back to hope? Nick Harding Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 Not had this with a pro 2 and its been a while since its happened to me, But HOPE used to to generally fix it for free, just get in contact with them and let them know you are sending it and they will replace the internals free of charge usually. Depending on how old the hub is etc. Whether they still operate like this i dont know, but iv sent a fair few back. They only ever charged me once because the hub was a few years old, but they only charged me a tenner anyway. But get in contact with them first and see what they can do.
