New Build Options

I am building a new rear wheel for my Phase 1.2 and have 2 options but because I am a newbie am not sure which is the best to help me progress. The rim is an Alex DX32 36 hole and brand new. Pedals are fixed using ISIS and cannot use FFW. Front cog is 22T.

Option 1:

A DMR Revolver hub with the ENO freewheel. Pictures below.

Option 2:

A Hope Pro 2 Trials rear hub.

I have read all about pawls and engagements and it is melting my head. In your opinion, what is the best. Thanks.
