I was just curious of setting my shimano levers aside to try the benefits of longer blades. I have these MT levers for quite sometimes until I found a very cheap repait kit. So far, these holds better than shimano maybe because of longer lever blades and less stress on my fingers. The only thing I wonder is a bit of spongy feelings, unlike the shimano where it is so firm, but the bite is there. Modulation is very noticeable. If ever these levers break, should I get the same (so cheap) or go with the newer models. Any significant performance difference in stopping performance? Cheers!
