take the pads out.

grab a tourch... tourch thos SOB's (N)

next do the same with your disc, should get rid of the gunk.

or use regular cleaner. although i like the fire method. (Y)"

If your pads seem shiny then take them out, get a piece of sandpaper, place the sandpaper on a very flat surface (for example a window) and sand the pads in a circular motion. Or, pour water on the disc callipers and ride around doing short sharp stops. Even better do both. (N)

1, remove pads

2, remove disc put in sink with hot water and fairy

3, bake the pads in the over

4, get the pads and file a small amount off the suface untill you can see new material

5, replace disc and pads

6, bed in as normal
