i'm not sure what it is, they just snap. I think i sat on it once. and the other day somehow the right side of the brake flew off. But i've broken them a couple time other than those. It could be my heel, maybe i could get some rubber things to put over the barb thing. like whats up by the lever.

Ugh, i've had so much trouble with my cross over, i break them all the time. Does anyone know a way to stop breaking them? or, how much is a steel braided one, and what one should i get? I'm getting rather ticked at this, cause i can't ride without a brake. (Y) And for the time being, any good bodges? has anyone used a house hold item for a cross over to get them a long for a day or 2?

I got the problem aswell.... Whipe your hands off on your pants, then take the insite of your shirts, and while your grips off :D then whipe your hands again. lasts for a little bit.

agreed. I find stands are hard to get used to, but they are a lot nicer on your back.Even a nice little chair helps.

I just got my 04 maggie... it looks way better than than the 05 lever. Not only does the 05 look weaker, it actuly is. So magura should go back to the 04, maybe a couple of ajustments like the TPA, perhaps make it stronger....only problem i have with the 04.I used to have a super old HS22 (98 i think) anyway that was a tank of a lever.

Have you tried one of those "magic bags"? they seem to help my my pains like shoulders, and arms... also back pain from garden work.
