Luke_bradley Posted December 9, 2005 Report Share Posted December 9, 2005 I had just took the cassette off my XC hub and i was getting a tricky spacer off ( which is still on) and the bit the cassette slides onto came out What should i do? I've got all the bits back , only a little rectangle block and some small brings came out.Doesn't look like my hub will be sent to Tarty tomorrow now If anybody has a pic of how it is meant to be assemble or if someone could me guide me through somehow that'd be great.Cheers,Luke Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lawnmowerman Posted December 9, 2005 Report Share Posted December 9, 2005 Put the tall cylinder spacer over the axle Then put the springs and pawls onto the freehub like in the pic. There are holes for the springs to sit in. Place the freehub over the axle then push each pawl in until it slightly engages with the ratchet.
