Help apreitiated.dave.It wont at first, because the new rotor will have brand new metal, with a VERY thin coating to stop it going rusty, so just keep riding, then this coat will come off and the brake will be awsome again It happened on my disk when i bought a new rotor, it started to work properly after around 3 hours harsh riding.
