Think Ive Pulled A Muscle Advise Needed

Went to the gym and finished my routine early so went to the lat press and after 1 set of 10 reps I went up to 75kg and I felt my left shoulder area go.

Ive pin pointed it to the lower nexk area where the shoulder joins the neck and it seems to have come out in a lump. Im just wondering if its a pulled muscle or Ive dislocated something but then would I be able to type.
