Latex 20" Tubes

Hey there

I'm slowly becoming more weight conscious and realize tubes weight alot...... i can remember reading about 26" latex tubes (hutchinson if i remember) which weight next to nothing :S

any help would be awesome

latex tubes are harder to pinch than normal as they are flexier so can be bent around a lot more untill they split like normal tubes do in a pinch

I run latex front and rear on my bike and havnt had a puncture yet, but they do loose air after a few days.

If you that weight concuious why not run tubeless/latex in the frount and the a standard tube in the back where you need it ?

But to be honist its not worth it things like that arnt a big deal stop telling your self it is. :)
