maxxtro Posted July 17, 2006 Report Share Posted July 17, 2006 i have magellan tucana 2005 frame, i want to buy a new tire Michelin Mountain X’trem 26x2.5 (red one ) for some trials and street riding. so im worried that it wont fit in my frame. i have some crappy rim Alexrims DM20, (will be replaced soon) it's normal wide but im still not sure that tire will fit, if i had DX32 then there is no chance, my friend tried on his Zebdi. help! maxxtro Posted July 17, 2006 Author Report Share Posted July 17, 2006 i,ve just got an answer from magellans sponsored trialrider, i didnt hope for reply. he said that the tire is too wide. he also said that 2.3 tires are sufficient for trial biking...
