CBProductions Posted February 4, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 I only recently started using in ears for riding to work and I myself even being concious of my hearing found myself turning it up so I tihnk im going to go back to enclosed.It is a long read but well worth it if you value being able to hear stuff in ten years. CurtisRider Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 Cant read the article cos my internet's being weird but...I've noticed my hearings not as bad as it was since i stopped wearing earphones, after about 6 years of bus journeys having them at near full volume, i believe its taken its toll on them, i don't struggle to hear people like i used to, but in no way is my hearing good, kinda muffled, which does make hearing people in situations like a noisy club or on a poor phone reception ultra hard (more difficult than i remember anyway), less of a problem in normal situations though, infact its improved loadsi now don't bother with them, cos i don't need to car has sound, and hifi in room/my sheds, sorted Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Janson Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 my ears are kind of broked. listened to lots of music, pretty loud, as well as been to gigs and rehearsed etc. i always play with earplugs and i have only been to a handful of gigs without ear plugs.. it's all common sense, my ears hurt if stuff is too loud...anyone drumming without ear protection is crazy imo. stuff is sooo loud.
