  1. Awesome video from akrigg! cyclocross is super fun and races are physically quite demanding,
  2. Brought the GoPro with me today at a local park near my house(plus an older clip) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIzMbxH4fqI&feature=youtu.be
  3. Thanks!I definitely have to go back and re-film the last clips in proper light,i was super tired at the time too(i fell sooo many times at that spot!)
  4. Here are some clips i put together on movie maker after yesterdays ride: http://youtu.be/Bx1Xa1nML0Q
  5. Thread bump: Can someone explain what difference the seat tube angle makes? For example the most common BMX geometry is 75ha/71sa,would that work for street trials?(with certain adaptations to CS/TT length of course).Im thinking about getting a custom frame myself, and the the geometry i have in my mind is similar to the ones mentioned above: 74.5HA/??SA/365 chainstays/+25bb/and i would like to lengthen the headtube/seat tube(standover height?) by 1-2 cm in order to run less spacers as I'm tall.
  6. ShimanoSLX vs Truvativs for street trials?Hmm...

but the holzfellers last out 3 sets of the slx :)

  7. Found a new nice spot yesterday: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=3654768464667
  8. Thanks again,I think i'll go for the 175 ones!
  9. Woah, bargain indeed!I think i will pull the triger on the truvativs when i get the money together! They look quite beefy. Thanks for the info man!Last question, should i switch to 175mm due to the harder ratio or the difference will be marginal? Thanks again for your replys!
  10. Thanks for your replys! The truvativ trials seems very good,(though i cant find it anywhere online for purchase)but other truvativ models combined with a bb match the price to the XT,which seems better due to the through axel like setup rather than isis like on the truvativs.Although grabbing it second hand from a complete build would be awesome!22/15 sounds too hard too,i was thinking more like 22/16-17! *isitafox im still switching up stems to find which one feels better(yours or the 90x35 on the pic) hahah
  11. Here's another brakeless 4play(sorry for hugeness, couldn't find out how to resize the pictures!): I'm running 17/13 on some 170mm echo cranks at the moment, which is feels nice but the crank arms flex waaaay too much!I'm thinking of getting an mtb crankset with an external bb,something like shimano XT,any recomendations on other cranksets? Anyway, spec: Inspired Fourplay '11 frame with Inspired Element Forks Trialtech bars/stem/front wheel with maxxis holly roller tyre Hope pro2evoT(gusset 13t sprocket) laced to an old onza zoot rear rim with DMR motoRT tyre Echo TR crankset with trialtech 17t cog Rohloff sprung tensioner Federal bmx saddle and some nukeproof electron(plastic) pedals
  12. Maybe try something longer/more rise like 110x35 as you're quite tall? How many spacers do you run now?
  13. Of course it does!I was just riding around like that because i bent my mech hanger on my fourplay, during a failed sidehop, and I'm waiting a new one from tarty along with a new chain. It's fun and it improves the way you ride your bike.It gets a bit boring after a while though...
  14. Messing around chainless, while im waiting for a new mech hanger and chain from Tartybikes. It was raining all day today and that was the only dry spot near my house! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=3574006285663
  15. That frame looks disturbingly nice!Awesome bike you got there!
