Yello, Erm really you should be asking for a broken shoulder because it will heal quicker. Broken bones heal quicker because more blood gets to them, than ligaments. The more blood that can get to them the better because in the blood is the "repairing" stuff. So even though it may seem longer for a broken bone to heal it isn't. A broken bone is more painful aswell so you treat it better and usually not try anything, with ligaments you feel kinda up to doing something and then pull or damage it even more and can be back to square one again. My advice is still stay active (not too active), don't overstretch, get some cod livers in the system (or other oil source) and try going swimming a bit (IT HELPS A LOT) the warm water and movement should aid healing, But at the end of the day the main healer is time But if you don't ride too much or over-do it for a while I think you should be better in time good LUCK ! If you want to ride then try and keep it warm (one of them warm packs that last like 8 hours) but if I were you I would not risk it. Cheers Josh..
