How Do You Get The Pictures Up In Your Posts?
Fixed Pants™ replied to owain bowles's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Until you're a full member you have to upload them to a website such as PHOTOBUCKET Or IMAGESHACK if you cant be bothered to sign up to photobucket. And then when you are writing the post click the thing just above the text box, the picture of a small tree, and put the direct link url into the box that pops up. Pic: Then: -
Problem with that, it might rip the star nut out as they can't take too much pressure (from an experience i had a few weeks ago trying to tighten up my stem)

*Does spazzy stuff* Just realised that yeah, don't need the wheel build, thanks Nick... I feel so stupid :$ Maybe get a grind while i'm at it and some decent pads? Possibly get the T-Master hub as i'm saying nearly £15 on the wheel build... we'll have to see how things go.
-
Ah, ok. Well the extra £15 is money i don't have I really want to get a job to fund my trials addiction but i'm 15 and am not 16 until the end of August next fecking year! Very annoying.
-
Cheers JT, I think i will run it without the bash as i never (and can't) do any moves that require the bash and it will save on weight. I've heard bad of them hubs, they're apparently weak and someone snapped one within 3 days.

Very good find, nice to see someone has made a way to get round the difficult skill that we know as trials, it's almost impossible to do as a game but althought this may be basic it still is fun. EDIT: Elastomania is SHIT!

Firstly; (aimed at me by the way) So christmas is near, and i want to uprade my bike as i feel it might be holding me back. My plan of action is: T-Pro frame Echo Rear 19" Spokes Internal Headset T-Pro Rear Hub Tube (not important but i think i will anyway) Creepy Crawler Rear So thats what i plan to get, it's comming to around £200 including the £20 wheel build from my LBS (rip off) I'm asking if all of this is compatible with each other and if i need anything more. Also if there is any cheaper/ better options in general. I currently ride (well try to anyway ) a Da Bomb School, which are not like other trials bikes because they have a 14mm axle on the back, which is why i need a complete rear wheel. The stem is 1-1/8", not sure on steerer length but i can measure it if needed. I have the four bolt mounts already so i wont be needing them. Thanks in advance.

All comes with practice as i'm sure you'll be told by loads of other people. (I can't even do 'em) Ride along at about 5-8 MPH. Lean forward and in a smooth motion rip the bars up and you should have the front wheel off the floor, if you can't keep it up keep trying at it (As i am currently) When you feel your blanace point stop pulling up and get ready on the brake. If you feel you're gonna fall back, press the brake and or lean forward a tad or be ready to fall on your arse. And vice versa if you're falling forward, lean further back. Dunno if i explained it well but you can do nothing but practice it.

Pete, REALLY sorry about this, I haven't read the article that you linked, but i will do soon. My thoughts are with you and your family, i know (of) a few soldiers out there, not sure who/ where they are, they're friends of my grandma and grandad's son, as my family on my dads side are army orientated, up north. Really sorry mate R.I.P. Iain.

Possibly yes, but if you space it out too much it may ruin the chain line and cause the chain to come off every 5 seconds which will be annoying and dangerous, especially if you ride big.
-
From what i know... It would be ok if you twat it in with a rubber mallet, the problem that you may face is it going in wonkey, which will indeed feck the frame... if you're gonna do it, aquire a metal pole the size of your headset (the inner bit so it can go through the hole) and use that to help you guide it. Or take it to your LBS and they should fit it if they're any good.

Got a decent quality pic? I could have a bash at it for you.

'Petes Awesome Trick'? or the other one?

Whilst we're on it:

Ride through it, they'll turn into callouses and your hands will be as tough as TITanium.

It's there but when you click it it gives you the old 'Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: You are not allowed to use the messenger feature on this board' treatment.

'04(?) Raceline yellow Maguras, if he was gonna go stock he'd obviously get all new stuff, which is another give away.

20% for me, useless posts. Got de-validated aswell which was a bum.
-
Noo, you silly bum! He's talking about warnings on the forum. To the best of my knowledge a mod or admin will remove them if you're an angel, but if not you might aswell make them feel at home.
-
From what i've been told, the BB7 has got no modulation what so ever, but it's a feckin' sharp brake. I'm sure there are a lot of other sites that will sell the 203m rotor.
