  2. hi i dont think its a good idea.my mate has one of them diddy bashrings and now he has dents and scratches in his chainstay due to the lack of protection it provides.he switched from a 22 one to the 16 and the only good thing that he has gained from it is a weight saving.(which isnt much as they are now made from steel) i think that the bashguards are more suited to comps because it gives you more ground clearance. hope that has helped max
  3. zoo bars are popular cos they are good i suppose what stem u chose would be down to what frame you have? its no good having a gu with like 60mm bb rise and a stem with zero rise and low rise bars cos your bar height will be too low. max.. haha sos just read your profile and descoverd that you ride mod....echo stem zoo bar !!
  4. if you have 50 quid to use then doont get that.if u want a good frame try e bay? there were onza t raptor frames going for less than 50 pound at one stage and there good frames to start out on (if thats what you intend it for) and there will probably be few good second hand 'trials' frames. max...

  7. hi.. my advice is to steer clear of try all rims.ive broke a few and the material is very soft on them. i use an onza full fat on the back.they are quite old rims but are mint.if you can get hold of one do that or get an alex dx32 from tartybikes hope thats a help. max
  8. snapped an old school t rex and the headtube/downtube weld snapped a brisa in the same place so i sent it back because it was within warrenty and they didnt do nothing about it
  9. hi what about re-bleeding your brake and try mixing some anti freeze in with the water? it will keep the brake fast and stop it from freezing max
